About
Welcome to Ramen-House Centro, a delightful culinary gem nestled in the heart of Xalapa-Enriquez, Mexico. Located at Manlio Fabio Altamirano 9 within the vibrant Plaza Real, this cozy eatery is redefining the dining experience with its unique blend of Japanese and Korean flavors. As a food reviewer for Foodjoyy, I am excited to share why this establishment is one you must visit.
Ramen-House Centro prides itself on a diverse menu that extends far beyond the traditional ramen. Indulge in their Ramen Texan Misa, a dish that marries the comfort of ramyon noodles with a slightly spicy broth, succulent pork, and vibrant toppings like golden corn and naruto maki. For larger gatherings, the Oki Ramen Para 8 is a feast for the senses, featuring a rich homemade broth and generous servings of tender pork, mushrooms, and spinach—perfect for sharing with loved ones.
But ramen is not the sole star here. The menu is punctuated with Otras Delicias such as the exquisite Okonomiyaki Camaron, a savory pancake featuring shrimp, vegetables, and a delectable blend of sauces, all for just MX$155. It’s a must-try for anyone seeking a taste adventure. Don’t overlook their creative beverages like the Furappe Chocomenta, indulgently crafted with chocolate and whipped cream, or the refreshing Remon To Kurimu that brings a citrusy twist to your meal.
The ambiance at Ramen-House Centro complements the culinary offerings. Many patrons, like Alejandro Godinez Solis, highlight the family-friendly atmosphere and the cleanliness of the space, which indeed makes you feel right at home. Customer reviews echo a sentiment of satisfaction, with many praising the exceptional service and quality of food that consistently enhances each dining experience.
It's evident from the reviews that Ramen-House Centro has captured the hearts—and appetites—of its visitors. With a commitment to quality and a varied menu that guarantees there’s something for everyone, it’s no wonder people like Talina Fernandez found a pleasant surprise in their impromptu visit. Manuel J. H. confidently asserts it’s the best in the region, emphasizing the excellent service that accompanies each bite.
Ramen-House Centro is not just about food; it’s an experience. Whether you’re seeking a casual meal or a celebration with friends and family, this restaurant has you covered. Each dish tells a story of culture and flavor waiting to be discovered. So why wait? Bring your appetite and enjoy a journey through the tastes of Japan and Korea at Ramen-House Centro.

“ We arrived by chance, but it was a very pleasant experience: good service, a varied menu, and everything we ate was delicious. ”
“ The food is the best in the region, the service is good. Highly recommended. ”
“ The service is very pleasant, the food is very good, and the wait is comforting... a great place to try Japanese-Korean food. ”
“ Good service from the waitress, the food was very good, just a detail, there are certain ingredients that do not come in the dish as shown in the menu photos ”
“ Muy rico, aunque tardaron un poco. ”
“ I recommend it, it is a small place with 2 tables, the employees are very friendly, they cook the dishes on the menu at the moment, they offer you 3 sizes in the small, medium and large ramen, which are Korean, they recommended the Naruto ramen which only comes in a large size and has as protein half a boiled egg, loin, seaweed, naruto, pumpkin, carrot, cabbage and the pasta, the sauce that is on the table gives it a good flavor. The specialties come on a plate twice the size. The prices are varied above 65 pesos, the dishes are well served, they have national and imported drinks with good seasoning from the chef. The place is located inside the Plaza Real located in the center of Xalapa next to the Market, on the second floor going up the stairs on the right hand side you immediately find it. It is the second time I come and I recommend the place. Average spending per person is 130.00 minimum ”
“ A small place in Plaza Real, but with a good variety of dishes, both food and drinks. Very good seasoning and variety (Yakimeshi, ramen, yakisoba, bento, sushi, etc.). ”
